As you all know, I decided it was time to stop being a couch potato. I’m trying to consistently workout for at least 5 weeks straight. It may not seem like much, but for me it is. I’m following that 80s YouTube video series where this guy starts by saying “Hey gang!” Each video takes only 8 minutes. Here is my plan:
Day 1: Abs and Arms (each video is 8 minutes) – 16 minutes.
Day 2: Buns and Legs (each video is 8 minutes) – 16 minutes.
Day 3: Some kind of cardio for at least 30 minutes.
That’s it.
For me, less is more and doing too much all at once in the recent past has never worked for me, despite being pretty athletic as a child. I currently get easily unmotivated and tired out.
I’m flexible on the days as long as the three days are completed within that same week.
